The role
Oldham RLFC is seeking a dedicated Lead Physiotherapist to oversee physiotherapy services for the First Team within a semi-professional setting. The role involves assessing, treating, and rehabilitating players to ensure optimal performance and injury management. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years' post-graduate experience, sports physiotherapy expertise, and relevant qualifications including HCPC registration and CSP membership. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a player-centred approach to injury prevention and rehabilitation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel during the rugby league season is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude towards professional development and sports injury management.
