The role
A Senior Process Engineer specialising in lithography operates within advanced semiconductor fabrication facilities, supporting process development, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. They work on critical systems including scanners, steppers, and e-beam tools, aiming to enhance process capability, yield, and defect reduction. Responsibilities include process development, data analysis with SPC and Six Sigma, and supporting NPI and technology transfer projects. Candidates require degrees in relevant disciplines and experience in photolithography or e-beam processes, with strong analytical skills and knowledge of manufacturing methodologies. Familiarity with cleanroom environments, MES, and photonic circuit manufacturing is advantageous.
