The role
Lead the development and execution of science, analytics, and strategy initiatives to optimize last-mile delivery operations.
Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to uncover insights, shape decisions, and drive measurable improvements in speed, cost, and customer experience.
Oversee the development and optimization of advanced analytics, algorithms, and models to improve delivery performance.
Mentor and develop a team of 3-5 Senior Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Drive the adoption of digital and data-driven solutions to scale in-house delivery capabilities and operational efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement across the delivery network.
