The role
Lead the data science and ML evaluation strategy for Last-Mile Delivery to drive high-impact business outcomes.
Own the design, experimentation, and validation of AI-enabled workflows through simulation and scenario analysis.
Translate manual operational adjustments into structured insights and scalable automation opportunities.
Fine-tune decision-overlay logic and monitor patterns, exceptions, and failure modes with root-cause insights and recovery recommendations.
Partner with Product, Operations, and MLE teams to scale automation and evolve models across the delivery network.
Coach and develop a high-performing data science team, raising technical rigor and business ownership.
