Construction Manager – Municipal Water and Wastewater

Hatch is seeking an experienced Construction Manager specialising in municipal water and wastewater projects to lead planning, development, and execution within their responsible area. The role involves collaborating with engineering, project management, procurement, and client teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective construction activities. Candidates will review designs, develop construction strategies, and support project estimates, schedules, and risk assessments. They will also manage construction staffing, establish site logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders. A strong background in large-scale water infrastructure projects within an EPCM environment is essential, along with leadership and safety expertise. The position requires at least ten years' experience, relevant qualifications, and a thorough understanding of project delivery processes.
