The role
Act as a trusted advisor to major corporate clients on a broad range of transactions.
Lead and support high-value M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, and group restructurings.
Collaborate within a national team to deliver multi-jurisdictional deals across diverse sectors.
Develop and deepen client relationships while contributing to business development.
