The role
Be a key member of a lean legal team supporting the Air Defense and Counter-Intrusion business line on U.S. government contracts.
Lead and support the acquisition lifecycle—from proposals and procurement to negotiations and contract administration.
Provide guidance on data rights, contract vehicles, software acquisition approaches, and compliance with federal procurement rules.
Partner with Business Development, Proposal, Engineering, and outside counsel to capture new work and enable follow-on opportunities.
Manage relationships with government procurement offices, assess risks, and resolve performance issues while ensuring regulatory adherence.
Contribute across the legal function on licensing, IP, compliance, and employment matters as needs arise, including bid protests or litigation.
