The role
Handle complex Labor & Employment litigation for clients across the United States in a fully remote, full-time role.
Manage cases end-to-end, including strategy development, pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with a national team on high-profile matters and provide practical, policy-driven advice to clients.
Requirements: minimum 8 years of Labor & Employment litigation experience and bar admission in the resident state.
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication; Insurance litigation experience is preferred but not required.
