The role
Deliver the Level 1 and Level 2 construction curricula, covering theory and mandatory Health & Safety topics.
Lead classroom delivery and practical workshop support to build learners’ knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
Mentor, observe, and assess learners, providing constructive feedback to support qualification achievement.
Support learners in building their OneFile e-portfolio and ensure accurate, timely documentation and funding records.
Ensure compliance with funding, awarding bodies, safeguarding, and health & safety policies.
Foster inclusive learning, high-quality teaching, and learner progression into construction employment.
