The role
Strategically partner with manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics leaders to shape HR strategy and workforce programs across multi-site operations.
Direct a team of six People Operations Partners, aligning goals, development, and day-to-day HR and employee relations execution.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations matters, leading investigations and ensuring consistent, compliant outcomes.
Oversee HR operations, workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and safety-related programs driven by data insights.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Safety, and senior leadership on risk management, regulatory exposure, and labor standards including FMCSA/DOT considerations for driver workforces.
Support talent development, succession planning, cross-site program alignment, and operate in a fast-paced, hybrid role with 10-15% travel.
