The role
Lead the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs for offshore mechanical equipment.
Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities and equipment history to maximize reliability.
Monitor equipment performance, analyze downtime, and implement corrective actions to reduce risk and downtime.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and drive effective solutions with maintenance and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and align maintenance procedures with engineering practices.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to continuously improve offshore reliability and efficiency.
