The role
The Real Estate Pathway offers an 18-month rotational programme across Land & Partnerships, Technical, Commercial, Development, Regional Finance, Construction, and Development & Land, starting in Caterham.
Rotations expose you to core real estate functions and learning objectives designed to develop you into a well-rounded professional focusing on land acquisition, planning, and project delivery.
You’ll contribute to diverse teams, build lasting professional relationships, and absorb expertise from senior colleagues across rotations.
Each rotation has targets, and by the end of the programme you’ll have the option to transition into Land, Partnerships, or Development roles.
The package includes a competitive base salary and benefits, car allowance or company car, generous leave, private medical, pension, life cover, and additional employee rewards.
You’ll engage actively, pursue continuous development, and uphold values of integrity, care and quality while supporting the graduate community and mentoring future entrants.
