The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of real-time ML systems that elevate search quality and user engagement at scale.
Own components for query understanding, result ranking, and query suggestion using NLP and multi-modal models.
Translate product objectives into robust algorithms and information retrieval techniques to improve recall and ranking.
Build core search infrastructure with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the team while guiding strategy and project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, communicate clearly, and deliver measurable impact on the search experience.
