Medical Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

The Medical Procurement and Logistics Coordinator manages the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies for humanitarian programmes and emergency responses. Based primarily at the Manchester warehouse, the role involves coordinating activities from purchasing through to dispatch, ensuring compliance and accuracy in stock management. The position requires experience in procurement, inventory management, or logistics, with particular value given to experience handling medical or pharmaceutical supplies. The role involves approximately 15% international travel for deployment, supporting procurement, warehousing and emergency resupply activities. Candidates should be organised, solutions-oriented, and able to collaborate across teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse Manager and Pharmacist, the role ensures operational excellence in managing medical commodities.
