Design and deploy ML systems that optimize user engagement and advertising performance, with real-time inference for millions of users.
Own end-to-end ML and GenAI projects—from opportunity identification and problem framing to prototyping, deployment, and impact measurement.
Explore and implement cutting-edge approaches, researching architectures such as transformers and neural recommender systems, adapting them to business needs.
Drive rapid experimentation leveraging A/B testing infrastructure to validate ideas and ship improvements quickly.
Expand the team's ML capabilities by introducing new methodologies and sharing knowledge beyond initial scope.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into scalable ML solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
