The role
Lead backend development using Java and Spring Boot to build scalable microservices.
Design and maintain secure RESTful APIs for fintech transactions and data services.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and optimize for high-volume, low-latency workloads.
Collaborate with product managers and analysts to translate financial workflows into technical solutions.
Ensure security and regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR) and participate in CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployment on AWS.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and DevOps practices to deliver reliable software.
