The role
Provide compassionate personal care and support to elderly and vulnerable residents in Manchester on an Extra Care Scheme.
Build trusted relationships, promote dignity, and make a meaningful difference in daily living activities.
Flexible shifts available: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00, 22:00-07:00, with every other weekend.
Full training provided with ongoing professional development and funded Health and Social Care NVQ options.
Competitive pay (£12.60-£13.35/hr), pension, 28 days leave, Refer a Friend bonus, and access to discounts and wellbeing benefits.
No prior experience required—excellent training to start a rewarding care career; must be eligible to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
