The role
Lead privacy-focused backend development to enable AI features at scale while protecting user data.
Design and build privacy engineering frameworks for data governance, anonymization, pseudonymization, and encryption across data processing pipelines.
Collaborate with PMs and business teams to translate requirements into robust data infrastructure and platform capabilities.
Develop solutions for data processing controls (purpose limitation, access control) and data protection (classification, de-identification) within the SDLC.
Drive production-ready distributed systems and ensure efficiency, privacy compliance, and operational stability.
Stay current with privacy engineering trends and iterate with stakeholders to ship privacy-aware AI features.
