The role
This hybrid Finance role drives profitability and efficiency by delivering FP&A support and strategic financial insights to Operations.
Create reporting suites and KPIs to explain performance and enable proactive P&L management.
Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the monthly/quarterly results review process for the business.
Identify margin, cost, and efficiency opportunities; perform ad-hoc analytics and financial modeling.
Develop Excel-based standardized reports using VBA and leverage data visualization tools for multi-dimensional insights (Tableau preferred).
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data analytics into actionable recommendations and drive decision-making.
