The role
Lead and build an enterprise-wide Cybersecurity Continuous Monitoring (CCM) program, delivering continuous visibility into system, endpoint, network, and cloud activity.
Define governance, ownership, and metrics (MTTD, MTTR, false positives), ensuring outputs drive detection, response, and risk awareness.
Design a continuous monitoring reference architecture using SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, and threat intelligence; standardize logging, retention, encryption, and integrity.
Automate monitoring workflows, enrich event data in real time, and align with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001.
Build and mature the CCM capability from inception to advanced maturity, with KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of analysts and engineers while partnering with IT, Risk, and Compliance to align monitoring with business resilience.
