The role
Own and optimize Salesforce, integrations, reporting, and AI-enabled tools across lead intake, sales, underwriting, lender placement, funding, and commissions.
Design scalable workflows, identify bottlenecks, and eliminate manual friction to improve throughput and KPIs.
Provide full Salesforce platform leadership, including configuration, admin, governance, sandboxes, and data integrity; administer Salesforce Shield for security.
Develop custom solutions with Apex and APIs; manage integrations with Dialpad, Slack, Zapier, and lender tools, with reliable sync patterns.
Build dashboards and metrics that illuminate speed-to-lead, pipeline health, underwriting visibility, and funding outcomes; evaluate AI/LLM tools to boost KPIs.
Partner with MSP for IT governance and act as internal owner of business systems, driving scalable, data-informed decision making.
