The role
Lead planning, design, and permitting for site/civil land development and infrastructure projects.
Develop engineering documents, reports, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Assess soil composition, hydrology, drainage, and topography to inform design decisions and compliance.
Collaborate with team members and clients on diverse programs from mixed-use and educational facilities to federal projects.
Apply knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting processes to support approvals.
Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
