The role
A rough carpenter is responsible for building and installing frameworks, including floor beams, wall partitions, and stairs, primarily for residential constructions. Candidates should have proven experience in carpentry, reading blueprints, and understanding drawings and specifications. A minimum of five years’ experience with Tarion builder and WHMIS certification is required. The role requires effective time management, safety consciousness, and meticulous attention to detail on site. The position involves technical skills in framing, drywall installation, and insulation, working within a construction environment. The successful individual will demonstrate strong organisational skills and adherence to safety protocols in a project-driven setting.
