The role
The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for leading site delivery on complex projects within secure and defence environments, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. They will manage site teams, coordinate with clients and authorities, and uphold safety and environmental standards throughout project lifecycle. Skills required include strong leadership, project management, and knowledge of construction methods specific to secure facilities, as well as familiarity with health and safety regulations. The role demands excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, along with relevant certifications and security clearance. Proficiency in construction software and a trades background are advantageous, with a full UK driving license required for site access across London and the Home Counties.
