The role
Build and validate models for churn, purchase propensity, CLV, and personalised engagement.
Leverage sequential and behavioural data, applying gradient boosting, embeddings, and sequence models to capture growth patterns.
Partner with commercial, finance, and lifecycle teams to translate business needs into modelling hypotheses guiding engagement strategies.
Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to ensure models are efficient, robust, and scalable.
Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions and measurable outcomes.
Advance expertise in modern ML approaches (transformers, representation learning, seq2seq) through high-visibility projects.
