The role
HR Business Partner: Strategic HR leader partnering with leaders to align team structures, capabilities, and workflows with business goals and product priorities, influencing talent strategies, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness.
4+ years of HRBP or generalist experience in high-growth or tech organizations, managing G&A relationships, strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and influence without authority. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience in global teams or scaling internationally a plus.
