The role
Onsite Customer Service Representative focused on video repair for cable and video services.
Provide friendly, patient support via inbound calls; troubleshoot and resolve video issues, billing questions, and account updates.
Undergo extensive 13-week training (Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) to learn core TV products and billing processes.
After training, work a schedule of 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. with two weekdays off; shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Thrive in a fast-paced call center, using computer systems to assist customers and deliver best-in-class service.
Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
