The role
Line 1: Lead quantitative analyses and experimental design to help shape CX product strategy and ROI.
Line 2: Define, test, and validate hypotheses; identify opportunities to improve user experience and business KPIs.
Line 3: Lead A/B analyses and cohort studies to explain WHY results occur and drive deeper insights.
Line 4: Develop and maintain key data artifacts (ETL, data models, queries) and automated dashboards for test monitoring.
Line 5: Utilize visualization tools to track metrics, investigate anomalies, and reveal deeper dynamics.
Line 6: Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders, document insights, and mentor a small analytics team (2-4).
