The role
Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend systems powering integrity and safety features.
Lead complex backend solutions for detecting and mitigating integrity risks, including content classification and Generative AI misuse.
Apply machine learning to address integrity challenges across content classification, anomaly detection, risk scoring, and behavior analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, security, and operations to define requirements and deliver impactful integrity systems.
Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for backend integrity systems and applied ML capabilities, focused on Generative AI safety.
Mentor engineers, promote best practices, optimize performance and cost, and stay abreast of evolving safety research.
