The role
We seek a Biotech Research Scientist to train AI models and drive continual quality improvements.
Responsibilities include presenting diverse biotech problems to AI chatbots and evaluating their outputs.
Assess model correctness and performance to iteratively enhance accuracy and reliability.
A strong biotechnology background is required; advanced degrees are encouraged but not mandatory.
Remote work is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with hourly pay starting at $40 and project-based scheduling.
Fluency in English, attention to detail, and solid research methods are essential.
