The role
The Fraud Operations Specialist conducts risk assessments and investigates potential fraud on existing credit card accounts. Responds to inbound client inquiries and supports service-related requests with clear, customer-focused communication. Verifies charges and recent activity by contacting card members to identify potential fraud. Determines verification procedures, analyzes data, and completes tasks accurately and on time. Maintains a positive customer experience while adhering to policy, regulations, and ethical standards. Escalates and documents issues with transparency, contributing to risk reduction and fraud prevention.
