The role
Own end-to-end program management of priority analytics initiatives (e.g., forecasting modernization, attrition predictor rollout, attrition reporting enhancements, SPS dashboards) and drive on-time delivery.
Build, maintain, and continuously optimize program plans, milestones, RAID logs, and delivery calendars; identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment among Sales Strategy, Finance, CS Ops, Product Growth Strategy, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
Craft executive-ready presentations and leadership readouts that translate complex analytics into clear, actionable narratives.
Standardize processes, templates, and routines (OKR tracking, weekly standups, roadmap reviews) to improve execution and scalability.
Champion user adoption of dashboards and analytics products, support resource planning, and ensure dependency management and prioritization of high-value work.
