The role
Drive product sales and promotions by developing marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
Collaborate in campaign execution and conduct follow-ups on leads provided by the team.
Hire, train, and supervise the marketing staff; conduct timely performance evaluations.
Collect and analyze market research to identify customer needs and demand for services.
Handle day-to-day marketing activities while contributing to long-term strategy under tight deadlines.
