The role
Lead end-to-end Generative AI initiatives by designing, prototyping, and evaluating state-of-the-art GenAI solutions to address real-world problems with measurable impact.
Collaborate with AI/ML researchers and architects to develop bespoke models, experiment with new algorithms, and optimize for accuracy, latency, and cost.
Engage directly with customers to understand business needs, guide adoption patterns, and drive production deployment of generative models at scale.
Optimize customer solutions through model selection, training, tuning, distillation, and hardware-aware optimization.
Provide market and customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape product direction and enable responsible AI practices.
Communicate findings clearly, mentor teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environment.
