The role
Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and quasi-experiments to quantify impact.
Apply advanced causal inference techniques when experiments are not feasible, ensuring credible estimates.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to embed experimentation into development cycles.
Mentor peers, provide technical direction, and champion measurement best practices across teams.
Develop centralized experimentation frameworks, tooling, and documentation to scale adoption.
Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence product strategy.
