The role
As a Staff ML Engineer, you will lead NLP initiatives and own end-to-end model development for production-scale services.
You will curate, clean, and supervise large clinical datasets for training, validation, and benchmarking.
Design and implement scalable backend ML services, monitor performance, and optimize latency, throughput, and accuracy.
Decide when to use LLMs and continuously improve recall, precision, and robustness of models in real-world settings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features rapidly, iterate on feedback, and measure impact on clinicians' workflows.
Stay current with NLP and Generative AI advances, integrating innovations to reduce administrative burden in healthcare.
