The role
Lead the development and integration of AI and data solutions for Client Services operations.
Establish data and AI processes, automation, and governance aligned with business needs using MLOps tooling.
Build production-grade AI services: LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, forecasting, and classification.
Deliver end-to-end data engineering and AI projects: ingestion, modeling, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Enforce best practices in data architecture, governance, and ML workflows; ensure data quality, validation, and model evaluation.
Collaborate across functions, communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and stay current with cloud and AI trends.
