The role
Provide clinical and clerical support in urgent care settings by performing back-office tasks and patient-related duties.
Assist providers with the medical plan of care and ensure smooth patient flow within the department.
Perform vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and administer injections as indicated.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, with strong EHR and office software skills.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work under clinician supervision, adhere to policies, and contribute to a positive patient experience while meeting deadlines.
