A Commercial Litigation Paralegal supports legal teams in managing high-value commercial, financial, banking and property disputes before various courts in Northern Ireland. The role involves conducting legal research using Westlaw and Lexis Nexis, drafting correspondence, assisting with pleadings, and managing case files efficiently. Candidates should possess a qualifying law degree with a minimum 2:1 classification, demonstrate strong communication and research skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. They should also be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure both independently and within a team. The position requires flexibility, problem-solving ability, and compliance with legal and internal standards, with added preference for previous litigation experience.
