The role
Support core HR operations with a focus on leave of absence management, accommodations, and the employee lifecycle. Administer onboarding through offboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and support payroll and benefits administration. Manage LOA and accommodation cases with careful intake, documentation, timelines, and regulatory compliance. Provide policy-based guidance to managers, escalate issues judiciously, and ensure consistent policy application across locations. Support HR data practices with routine audits, dashboards, and reporting to maintain data integrity and system accuracy. Deliver responsive HR support via a ticketing system, addressing routine questions and complex cases with care and professionalism.
