The role
An organisation within the public sector in Norwich is seeking a qualified Electrical Compliance Officer to oversee electrical safety standards across their estate. The role involves reviewing service reports, managing contractor performance, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards. Candidates are expected to hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, with at least five years in compliance management. Skills in CAFM systems, IT literacy, and public sector experience are advantageous. The position is full-time and temporary, offering an hourly rate of £30 Umbrella LTD inside IR35. Responsibilities include supporting maintenance plans and guiding staff on safety practices in a compliance environment.
