The role
Translate business questions into data science problems and convert insights into actionable recommendations. Design and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions, including LLM/Agentic approaches, to be integrated into software products. Build prototypes and scalable AI/ML solutions, including probability engines, to be integrated into software products. Lead junior data scientists and collaborate with software engineers, business stakeholders, and product owners in an Agile environment. Work with unstructured data and apply methods across deep learning, NLP, classification, forecasting, and regression while owning model outcomes and driving continuous improvement. Communicate progress to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at leadership levels.
