The role
Based in San Jose, CA, lead the legal oversight of complex commercial and licensing agreements in aerospace product development.
Provide strategic legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Draft, negotiate, and close high-stakes commercial contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align terms with business objectives.
Navigate a high-growth environment, balancing speed, governance, and compliance.
Requires a J.D., strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced setting.
