The role
Terrapinn is seeking high-calibre graduates for its Graduate Sales Academy to develop into Business Development Managers. Participants will engage in a structured six-month training programme with practical exposure to global B2B events from the outset. The role combines sales, client engagement, and event support, requiring excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and resilience. Candidates should be ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to learn, with fluency in English and optional proficiency in German or Italian being advantageous. Upon successful completion, individuals will transition into a permanent Business Development Manager position. The in-person role demands active participation and a proactive approach to developing professional competencies.
