The role
Join a premier privacy class action defense team working on groundbreaking tech and retail client matters.
Handle all stages of pre-trial litigation, including briefing, written discovery, document production, and depositions.
Engage in privacy-class-action matters with knowledge of CIPA, VPPA, TCPA, BIPA, and related privacy claims.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a client-centered service approach.
Collaborate across teams to analyze laws and regulations, translate them into actionable strategies, and mentor junior colleagues when appropriate.
Top academic credentials and AmLaw experience are preferred; clerkship is a bonus.
