The role
Design and build large-scale machine learning models and systems to improve ad targeting, relevance, ranking, and engagement.
Develop automated mechanisms such as automated bidding and query expansion to enhance advertising platform efficiency.
Invent techniques to provide advertisers with actionable insights to identify opportunities and maximize ROI.
Architect and scale our machine learning platform for internet-scale workloads and real-time decisioning.
Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product and sales to implement new ad features.
Operate with ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
