The role
An established law firm in Bournemouth seeks an experienced employment lawyer capable of managing an existing caseload with minimal supervision. The role primarily involves advising on non-contentious employment law, including employment contracts, policies, and HR issues. The successful candidate will have at least three years' PQE, strong drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills. They should possess a comprehensive understanding of employment law, tribunal procedures, and legal research. Responsibilities include advising on termination, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and tribunal claims, while developing a client base within a legal environment utilising relevant tools and documentation. The position requires a qualified solicitor or legal executive with expertise in complex employment matters and excellent legal and communication skills.
