Refining Chemical Engineering Intern/Co-op Summer 2026 - Full-time

This internship offers hands-on exposure to refinery process equipment and optimization projects within a chemical engineering role. You will work across process/technical services, operations research, environmental, and economics domains under mentorship. Responsibilities include leading or supporting test runs, performing process calculations and mass balance, monitoring catalysts and adsorbents, and proposing improvements to refinery operations. You will build modeling, data interpretation, and communication skills by presenting findings to technical teams. The role supports the development of written and verbal presentation abilities in a professional environment. Eligible candidates are pursuing a chemical engineering degree, authorized to work in the US, and available for spring, summer, and/or fall terms.
