The role
Provide direct, patient-centered inpatient physical therapy across birth through geriatric ages in the acute care setting.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve functional mobility and independence.
Document promptly and accurately to support medical necessity, billing, and regulatory compliance.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers and lead discharge planning to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate with the Rehab Services team and supervise appropriate staff or students as required.
Commit to ongoing professional development and growth; eligible for a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
