The role
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Product and Engineering roles, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify needs and craft proactive talent strategies.
Own the full lifecycle from requisition to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate and manager experience.
Leverage diverse sourcing methods—direct sourcing via LinkedIn and Indeed, search databases, referrals, social campaigns—to build strong pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business direction, forecast hiring needs, and map internal bench strength for mobility.
Drive data-informed decisions, monitor performance, and advocate for diversity and unbiased hiring.
Embrace automation and new technologies to accelerate time-to-fill while maintaining quality and a growth mindset.
